What is Stage Fright

What is Stage Fright?

Most of us feel a level of anxious fear when planning to talk up or perform before a gathering. Be that as it may, the individuals who are loaded up with sentiments of fear and frenzy in such a circumstance—or anyplace the individual may be main focus this is anxiety and this anxiety is called STAGE FEAR.

Stage fright may arise suddenly or gradually and may be mild or severe. many children experience racing heartbeat, headaches and sweating. But the tummy-related problems are always the most common.

When you are seated in the audience, waiting for your turn to speak, you begin thinking. A constant idea is moving inside your mind and a few butterflies are flying in your stomach.

• I fear what might happen.

• My grammar's so bad. I can’t speak English properly.

• How can I do justice to such a vast subject in just three minutes?

• Ooh look at the size of the audience!

• All others are looking much superior to me. I'm not looking like fool

• Suppose someone asking questions to me.

• Oh God, what will occur on the off chance that I can't express a word.

What my family members, relatives and friends sitting in the audience think of this stupid speech or act?

This increases your pulse. you start breathing faster and faster, the next thing you know is that your mouth has dried up, your legs are shaking, your mind goes blank and you Freeze…Friends I believe we faced these many times.

First, if you feel nervous when speaking in public or performing, know that you’re not alone. Performance anxiety is common in kids and their parents as well.
